Nephi Allred
CEO
Nephi has been employed by Reliance Electric for over 25 years and has extensive business management experience in the electrical contracting industry. As the CEO of Reliance, he provides the insight and vision that facilitates the company’s growth and development. His compassionate leadership motivates our team members to not only give their best effort every day, but also to focus on continually building upon their skills and specialties.
Jerry Bradshaw
PRESIDENT
Jerry’s role as Reliance Electric’s President puts to good use his 25 years of experience in construction, estimating and risk management. His expertise provides valuable insight into developing profitable and efficient project management processes which benefit Reliance Electric, general contractors, and project owner groups alike.
Tom Furlong
CORPORATE CONTROLLER
Tom joined the Reliance team as our new Corporate Controller and works with the accounting team as a resource, mentor, and financial leader. He obtained his MBA at Tarleton State University in Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant. His strong accounting and construction background provides a greater breadth of knowledge overseeing and improving Reliance’s accounting processes.
Margarita Terrell
CHIEF OF STAFF
Margarita serves as the office of the CEO’s strategic partner and gatekeeper and is responsible for coordinating high-level enterprise-wide initiatives. She also leads marketing initiatives throughout the enterprise and manages its respective team. Margarita has over 20 years of commercial construction and real estate development industry experience. She is a skilled professional; experienced in the areas of operations, marketing, legal affairs, accounting, and project management. She is a licensed residential Realtor and Notary Public.
Heather Patton
EDUCATION & LICENSING DIRECTOR
Heather has been at Reliance for almost 10 years and has brought considerable contributions to the enterprise. She started at Reliance in several administrative roles and quickly took on the management of our Licensing department. During this time, she greatly enhanced the accuracy and thoroughness of our multi-state licensing requirements and processes. Her drive for success and dedicated support team have taken our Licensing/Education Program to a whole new level! She has a deep desire to help others achieve their goals and dreams, while enjoying the journey along the way.
Warren Barlow
SAFETY DIRECTOR
Warren Barlow comes to us with over 30 years of experience in public safety, water/wastewater utility and industry safety. Warren has been a state instructor in multiple disciplines including pre-hospital care, fire, safety, and electrical theory and is listed as an Authorized Instructor through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Warren started his electrical career journey in 1993. He is a Journeyman Electrician with experience in industrial, commercial, residential, and service fields. He also serves as an instructor in our Apprentice Program.
Josh Weaver
SAFETY MANAGER
Josh joined the team in 2023. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, and safety has always been a top priority for him. He brings true passion to his profession and believes coaching and mentoring will improve hazard awareness, as well as employees own personal safety.
Greg Justus
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Greg has over 30 years in transportation and logistics, which skills-set translates very well into his current role as the Operations Manager. Greg manages the workforce needs in the field, moving team members from one project to another. He communicates with the foremen and project managers on staffing needs, work side by side with our talent acquisition team to recruit field employees, and manages special projects as needed. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, working in his yard, and building things in his wood shop.
Raymond Barlow
CHIEF ESTIMATOR
With a degree in business management from SUU and more than 30 years of experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades, Raymond provides our estimating team with the guidance of a seasoned leader. As the chief estimator of Reliance Electric, he generates comprehensive, competitive bid estimates on hospitality, large multifamily and assisted living electrical projects.
Kirk Petry
SENIOR ESTIMATOR
Kirk’s vast experience as a journeyman electrician and years of bidding electrical projects make him an invaluable part of Reliance’s estimating team. His patience and excellent communication allow him to effectively confer with suppliers, vendors and contractors and his expertise facilitates realistic and competitive cost estimates on large-scale electrical projects in the fields of hospitality, multifamily, assisted living and more.

Edson Jessop
Senior Project Manager
With an electrical career tracing back 15 years at Reliance Electric, Edson has extensive knowledge in both residential and commercial electrical. Beginning as an apprentice and systematically moving up the ranks to foreman, he is now one of our Senior Project Managers. Edson’s proficiency with technical electrical skills and financial intelligence has helped him to lead many successful and profitable projects to completion.
Walton Johnson
PROJECT MANAGER
Walton started working for Reliance in 2012 and has since become one of Reliance’s best electricians. After successfully completing several projects as a foreman, he was promoted to Project Manager in 2021. Walton’s energy, honesty, and work ethic make him an exceptional addition to the Reliance team.
Eddie Nielson
PROJECT MANAGER
Eddie has climbed the career ladder from a first-year apprentice to foreman and now to Project Manager at Reliance Electric. He has been working for Reliance since 2012 and has been involved in many projects since joining the company. Eddie currently holds licenses in five different states and has extensive electrical knowledge.
Lee Johnson
PROJECT MANAGER
Lee has been with Reliance for over 12 years, starting with the team in 2010. He currently holds a Journeyman or Master Electrician’s license in 10 states across the US. Lee completed Reliance’s in-house Apprenticeship Program in 2014 and passed his first Master Electrician’s Exam in West Virginia one year later in 2015. As a foreman, he supervised ten successful projects and showed he has the dedication and skills to bring projects to completion on time and under budget. Lee was promoted to Project Manager in early 2021.
Dylan Bellmore
PROJECT MANAGER
Dylan Bellmore has 7+ years of experience in the electrical field and 5 years in management. He currently holds a Journeyman Electrician License and is working toward PMP certification. Dylan has a wide variety of field experience as a lead team member on commercial job sites. Dylan enjoys being given challenges and absorbing all knowledge, experience, and development through his successes.
